Kuya Onad is a farmer member of the Balutakay Coffee Farmers Association Co-op. This batch was harvested in December 2018 by Kuya Onad and his family, and was processed with the help of Ate Marivic Dubria.

This coffee reminds us of ‘biscocho’ (a really yummy Filipino snack) or butterscotch, candied hazelnuts, with light notes of pink guava (which is to say a combination of pear and strawberries!). Its smooth sweetness and bright finish makes this brew a great picker-upper.
