The semi-washed process is one of Ate Marivic’s meticulous coffee processing methods that brings out the fruity flavours of her coffees. In this way, the acidity from the fermentation process is reduced, highlighting the intense flavour notes of dark sweet raisin, juicy plum, with nuances of vanilla, and a remarkable Cadbury milk chocolate finish. It’s a wonderful coffee craft that will surely give you the “wow” with your first sip and beyond!

Ate Marivic is an award-winning coffee farmer who won back to back distinctions at the Philippine Coffee Quality Competition (PCQC) in 2018 and 2019. She went to the Coffee Expo in Boston in April 2019, representing the best coffees of the Philippines.
