Introducing our very first Pasko Blend!
This one is close to our hearts.
Our Pasko Blend brings together Davao del Sur Catimor and Bukidnon Fine Robusta, both naturally processed on sun-dried raised beds by coffee-farming families in Southern Philippines. The cup is warm, grounding, and quietly festive—reminding us of cacao nibs, pinipig, (toasted rice puffs), and roasted castañas (chestnuts) enjoyed while gathering around loved ones.
Pasko means Christmas in Filipino—but more than a season, it’s a feeling.
It’s about family. Presence. Sharing what we have. Pausing to reflect on the year that was, and holding space for what’s ahead.
This blend feels like a yakap (hug) in a cup—comforting, familiar, and made to be shared.
